 We strongly recommend placing your order well in advance of your deadline to account for unforeseen delays beyond our control. For orders submitted before 5pm (CT), we will process them on the same day. Orders placed after 5pm (CT) will commence processing on the following business day. It's important to note that we cannot be held responsible for delayed shipments resulting from inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues. Please be mindful that holidays should not be factored into shipping time calculations as they do not constitute business days.

As for our shipping provider, Jaii Jewelz utilizes USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail, which typically delivers domestic packages within 1-3 business days from the time they leave our facility. International orders, on the other hand, usually take 7-10 business days to reach their destination.

It's imperative to highlight that all packages require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Once a package departs our warehouse, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items. In such cases, the buyer must initiate a claim with the shipping company. We would like to emphasize that refunds or replacements are not guaranteed, as we retain the discretion to evaluate each case individually. Additionally, all packages shipped are insured by the seller through the chosen shipping courier.

JaiiJewels.com assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, as well as those delivered to incorrectly provided addresses, unclaimed or refused packages, or packages marked as "Delivered" by USPS but subsequently lost or stolen. In such cases, it is recommended that the affected individuals contact USPS directly to initiate a claims process, which can be done by calling 800-275-8777, as all our packages are insured.

Tracking:

You will receive tracking information via email on the day your order is shipped. Please note that tracking numbers are not provided immediately upon order placement; they are sent to the email address listed on your order form when your order is dispatched.
